Heledd Williams – Late Diagnosed ADHD Advisor

Hi, I’m Heledd, the founder of Arc ADHD Advisory. I’ve lived with ADHD my whole life, though it wasn’t diagnosed until recently. That late diagnosis helped me see my own ADHD arc more clearly, and now I guide others to shape theirs with personalised, neuro-affirming ADHD support.

I hold ICF Level 1 coaching accreditation, full ADDCA certification (116 hours of specialist training), and an MA in Special Educational Needs. Above all, I bring the quiet understanding that comes from years of figuring out a brain that works differently – the patterns, the strengths, and the moments of real progress.

My Path to Becoming an ADHD Advisor

For as long as I can remember, my mind has always worked a bit differently – periods of intense focus followed by distraction, and ideas coming thick and fast but not always going where I needed them.

When the diagnosis finally came through, it didn’t change who I was; it just explained a lot of things that had puzzled me for years. There was real relief in finally understanding why things had felt so hard, and it gave me a clearer way to work with my brain rather than keep fighting it.

As a late-diagnosed ADHD advisor, I now help others do the same: map out their own ADHD arc and build practical, gentle systems that suit how their brain actually works.

I bring in AI tools where they make a genuine difference (simple habit trackers, soft reminders, pattern insights), but the heart of it is always human connection and real understanding.

I lived in Hong Kong for many years and now call North Wales home. Those experiences have given me a broader view of things, but my advisory support stays straightforward: adaptable, online or in-person, and focused on what actually makes a difference day to day.

My Training and Professional Arc

My approach is grounded in lived experience and rigorous professional training. I completed ADDCA’s ICF Level 1 accredited programme (116 hours) and hold the ADDCA Associate Certified Coach (AACC) designation (see Qualifications section below).

ADDCA is one of only two ADHD‑specific coach training organisations worldwide accredited by PAAC, and its programmes are also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Before becoming an ADHD advisor, I taught in the primary sector in Hong Kong and completed an MA in Special and Additional Learning Needs. I later became an Advisory Teacher for the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Government, supporting English teaching teams and delivering training workshops.

I bring over 20 years’ experience in education, learning design, and neurodiversity support. This blend of academic grounding and specialist ADHD training shapes a coaching style that is structured, evidence-informed, and deeply human.

Teresa A, Hong Kong

“Heledd’s encouraged me to question how to identify certain goals and shown me that I have the tools I need so I can try to achieve those goals.”

Bex M, Hong Kong

“Heledd’s been incredible at helping me unpick some of my weaknesses with me, or what I need to navigate more, and turning them into my strengths. This leaves me feeling so much more positive about my ADHD.”
