1-to-1 ADHD Support
We are all different, so we need different strategies - and smart tools - to deal with ADHD
You’ve tried getting results on your own before.
Everything seems to be going well but then you one of these problems. You get stuck and start to feel overwhelmed and disappointed in yourself.
Open up each one to see how I can help — with coaching, structure, tools and resources.
-
I help people with ADHD build stronger, more understanding relationships by teaching practical communication strategies, emotional regulation tools, and routines that reduce misunderstandings and overwhelm. Together we create personalised plans to improve attentiveness, follow-through, and conflict resolution so connections feel more reliable and supportive.
-
I help you identify emotional triggers, name and track feelings, and build simple, practical strategies — like grounding routines and timely check-ins — to prevent overwhelm from derailing your day. As an ADHD advisor, I can introduce you to personalised tools and prompt systems that make emotional regulation predictable, actionable, and sustainable.
-
I help you identify your limits, set clear, realistic boundaries, and create simple routines and scripts to enforce them consistently without guilt. Together we’ll use ADHD-friendly strategies — like visual reminders, short practice sessions, and accountability systems — so boundaries stick and your energy is protected.
-
I help you build ADHD-friendly time systems that match how your brain actually works — simplifying routines, breaking tasks into manageable chunks, and creating predictable cues to reduce overwhelm. Together we can design practical strategies (timers, visual schedules, prioritised routines) you can sustain so deadlines feel doable and your days feel calmer.
-
I help you break procrastination into small, manageable steps by creating ADHD-friendly systems — custom routines, visual task cues, and time-blocking strategies that match your attention patterns. Together we can identify triggers, build momentum with practical tools, and create accountability that turns starts into finished work.
-
I help individuals with ADHD develop practical routines, time-management strategies, and personalised systems that reduce overwhelm and boost productivity. Through structured coaching, accountability, and skill-building, I transform goals into manageable steps so clients sustain progress and feel more in control.
-
Distorted thinking are unhelpful patterns — like catastrophising, black-and-white thinking, or downplaying your wins — that skew how you see situations and drain motivation. As an ADHD advisor, I help you identify these patterns, reframe thoughts into realistic alternatives, and build practical routines and reminders that reduce overwhelm and improve decision-making.
-
Sometimes impulsivity can be useful, but other times quick reactions or decisions without considering consequences can lead to missed opportunities or problems. As an ADHD advisor, I help you build practical strategies — like pause-and-plan routines, environmental tweaks, and personalised habit systems — so you can reduce impulsive actions and make choices that align with your goals.
-
Chronic self-doubt, perfectionism, and avoidance can make confidence feel out of reach — I help you identify the ADHD patterns behind those feelings and build practical systems and small, repeatable wins to strengthen self-trust. Together we’ll set achievable goals, reframe setbacks as data (not failure), and create routines and supports that let your competence and confidence grow without added overwhelm.

FAQs
-
While I can provide ADHD coaching-based advisory support, I can’t provide diagnoses or therapy.
Consulting a psychiatrist is crucial for accurate assessments. With their specialised knowledge, psychiatrists can offer comprehensive evaluations and create targeted treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.
-
If you suspect you have ADHD, a doctor referral to a psychiatrist is recommended for accurate diagnosis and medication.
However, if you suspect you have ADHD traits and need guidance to tap into what strategies can work for you, then I can help. You do not need a doctor referral for this.

Medication can be a helpful tool for managing ADHD symptoms, but ADHD coaching offers additional benefits. While medication can address certain aspects of ADHD, coaching focuses on developing skills, strategies, and mindset changes to help you thrive in various areas of life.
By setting and achieving goals, improving time management, organisation, communication skills, I can help you address specific challenges related to ADHD.
I can also provide personalised guidance, accountability, and ongoing support that medication alone may not offer.
-
Coaching and therapy have different focuses and approaches. Therapy typically focuses on addressing and healing emotional and psychological issues, while coaching is more goal-oriented and future-focused.
While therapy often explores the past and aims to resolve past traumas or unresolved issues, coaching is more action-oriented and focuses on personal or professional development, skill-building, and achieving specific goals.
At Arc ADHD, I don’t offer therapy, but I can work collaboratively with therapists and provide support in managing ADHD-related challenges, developing strategies, and achieving personal growth.
-
ADHD coaching experiences can vary depending on the coach-client relationship, the approach, and individual circumstances. We can discuss how my coaching style, expertise, and tailored strategies may be different from previous experiences.
Pursuing an accredited course to gain certification with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) also means I have gone through rigorous training, assignments, mentor coaching, and assessments. I know the importance of open communication and collaboration to ensure that the ADHD support process aligns with your needs and goals.
