Begin Your Arc

What the Arc Represents

Every person has an arc — a shape to their story, a rhythm to their days, a way their mind moves through the world.

At Arc ADHD, we work with that arc, not against it, in the language that feels most like home.

This is where ADHD support meets Welsh identity.

Who is Behind Arc ADHD?

I’m Heledd Williams, founder and certified ADHD coach.

It’s great to see you here!

Diagnosed with ADHD in my early 50s, I bring lived experience plus professional expertise (MA in Special Educational Needs, ADDCA & ICF certified). After years abroad in Hong Kong, I've returned to North Wales to offer compassionate, neuro-affirming support – online UK-wide or in-person locally.

I help neurodivergent adults and teens understand their ADHD, reduce overwhelm, and create strategies that actually fit their real lives. Together, we map the arc of your energy, attention, and motivation - and build strategies that work with your brain.

I can work online with you or face-to-face and ask a range of questions to get you thinking.

You have the key to unlock your own potential, I just help you find it. Stop struggling with ADHD now. Find the strategies that work.

Use the language your brain rests in — Welsh, English, or both.

I can be your thinking partner and help you work out strategies to help with your ADHD.

“Keeping everything bottled up leads to frustration and mental overload. Speaking openly, making plans for your day, week, or month, and having accountability are crucial for growth.”

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused partnership which helps you understand the arc of your mind — how your attention rises and falls, how motivation sparks, how overwhelm builds, and how clarity returns.

I’m certified by ADDCA — one of only two ADHD‑specific coach training organisations worldwide accredited by PAAC, the global body for ADHD coaching standards. This means you’re supported by specialised neurodiversity training and internationally recognised coaching practices designed for how ADHD brains actually work.

My approach is simple: purposeful, values‑led, and grounded in creating sustainable systems that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Unlock Your Potential

ADHD coaching helps you turn scattered energy into clear, practical strategies so you can meet goals, manage time, and build routines that actually stick. With personalised tools and accountability, coaching unlocks sustainable momentum and confidence to do the work you value.

    — LS, Hong Kong

  • "I initially thought coaching wouldn’t be valuable for me since I didn’t have major problems. However, I learned that the small stuff can be harder to deal with, as it often creates bad habits and weak routines. Addressing these smaller issues set me up for success with bigger challenges, giving me a solid strategy and foundation."
